To get started, simply fill out the contact form on our website or schedule a consultation call. Our team will guide you through the process of selecting the right pricing tier and assigning a project specialist to handle your needs.

Your Customer Success Specialist serves as your main point of contact. They will work closely with you to define the scope of work, ensure tasks are assigned to the right virtual assistants, monitor progress, and address any concerns you may have.

You can access our user-friendly project management platform to communicate directly with your Success Specialist and your dedicated virtual assistant. The platform also allows you to assign tasks and see completed tasks in real-time.

We provide two options for billing. You could choose to either be billed on a 2-week cycle or on a 4-week cycle. We are partnered with Stripe which accepts various secure payment methods, including major credit cards and online payment gateways. Your Customer Success Specialist will guide you through setting up your preferred payment method.

Your Customer Success Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the scope of work. By working closely with them and clearly defining the scope from the outset, we can ensure that tasks stay within the agreed-upon terms. If additional work or changes to the scope are needed, your Customer Success Specialist will discuss the options with you and make necessary adjustments to the service agreement.
