Yes, you can change your pricing tier at any time. If you find that your current plan isn’t meeting your needs, you can upgrade or downgrade to a different tier. We’ll adjust your billing accordingly.

All of the hours in our pricing plans are on a use-it or lose-it basis.

While we provide the basic tools like access to google apps, our assistants need to be onboarded to the tools that you would be using. Our services are meant to provide you with the virtual manpower for you to empower your business operations and growth. Providing added tools are outside of our responsibilities.

Our Customer Success Specialists would work with you to ensure that there are contingencies in our services in the event that one of your assigned virtual assistant falls sick or ceases to work for our company. This allows for easy transition of your tasks and demands to a new dedicated assistant that we would be providing. Also, our services are not just solely placement services. Our solution is a mix of recruiting and personnel management. Our Customer Success Specialists act as defacto employee managers so you could freely delegate tasks and focus more on running your operations without being hassled by admin and HR concerns brought about by hiring employees.
